Amithande

I’m located over in Kothrud at Alaknanda Society, which is quite close to Mantri Park. My office is F-403, and it’s a decent spot in Tejas Nagar. Being in Kothrud is great because everything you need is right nearby, although the traffic on the main roads can be a bit much in the evenings. I’ve set up my business, Amithande, inside this flat to keep overheads low and stay close to the local community. It’s a typical Pune housing society vibe—lots of families, kids playing downstairs, and a bit of gossip near the gate. Inside the office, things are pretty basic. I have a long table where I keep my laptop and all the current projects I’m working on. The walls are mostly bare, except for a calendar and a few notes I’ve pinned up so I don’t forget deadlines. It isn't a place with a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, I’m the one who answers the door. I spend most of my day right here, usually with a cup of coffee and some music playing quietly in the background. It’s a practical setup that allows me to focus on getting things done for the people who hire me. I don't see the point in spending money on a flashy office when this works just fine. It’s just me, working hard in a quiet corner of Pune, making sure every task is finished properly before I close up for the night and head out.
