Amcor Pet Packaging Asia Pvt Ltd is located in Dhonore at 119/123. It’s a bit out of the main city, which makes it a quieter place for a big plant. We deal with pet packaging here, so the warehouse is always full of plastic bottles and containers. It’s a huge space with high ceilings and rows of machines that keep everything moving. You can hear the constant rhythm of the production lines from the moment you walk in. The staff here is used to the pace of a manufacturing environment. We have trucks pulling up to the loading docks throughout the day to take the packaging to different places. Dhonore is mostly open space around us, which is a nice change from the crowded urban streets. The facility itself is plain and built for purpose. We have a small office section where the paperwork happens, but the real heart of the place is out on the factory floor. It gets quite warm in the summer, so we have big fans running everywhere to help. We don't go in for anything flashy or promotional. We just focus on the daily output and making sure the counts are correct. It’s a long day for most of us, starting early and making sure everything is shut down properly at night. We’ve been at this address for a long time and have become a part of the local landscape in Dhonore. We enjoy the work and the space we have here.
