Ambika Travels

Ambika Travels operates out of Bungalow No 407 in Mahatma Society. If you know the area behind Dhanukar Colony in Kothrud, we are pretty easy to find. We also have a spot on Narsi Natha Street near Gandhi Bhavan. It’s a family-run kind of thing, really. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking bus and train schedules. It can get a bit hectic when holiday seasons come around, but mostly it is just us sitting at the desks making sure bookings are confirmed. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a house converted into an office space. You might see a few of us drinking tea outside when things aren't too busy. We've been in Kothrud for a long time. People around Mahatma Society know us by name. We handle a lot of local trips and some longer ones too. It is straightforward work. We book the tickets, we tell you the times, and we make sure the drivers know where they are going. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do things the old-fashioned way. We don't use big words or try to sell you things you don't need. If there is a seat available, we tell you. If there isn't, we look for another day. Being near Gandhi Bhavan makes it easy for folks to drop by after their errands. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized among all the paperwork.
