Ambika Pattern

Ambika Pattern is located over at 705 3 Shanti Nagar in the Bhosari Kalina area. This is where we do all the work on the patterns, mostly using our hands and some old machines that still run great. The workshop is always a bit messy with scraps and drawings laying around, but that’s just how we work best. Shanti Nagar is a decent place to be based, even if the roads get a little crowded during the shift changes. We spend a lot of time measuring things and making sure the lines are straight. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean, but we don't mind the dust much. The address 705 3 is easy enough to find once you get into the right part of Bhosari. We have been in this building for quite some time now. Some people think pattern making is a lost art, but we keep at it every single day. The windows in the back let in some light, but mostly we rely on the overhead lamps to see what we are doing. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who know how to handle the materials. We don't really have a front desk or anything like that. If someone stops by, they usually just find us in the middle of a project. It’s quiet work, mostly, except when the bigger machines are running. We just focus on getting the shapes right for the next job. There is always a lot of wood and paper scattered on the floor.
