If you’re from around here, you know how much Wakad has exploded with new buildings lately. Alhat Dairy Foods Private Limited has been here for a while, watching the city grow around our dairy operation. It’s a busy place. We handle a lot of dairy foods, and that means early mornings and late nights. The Pune weather can be a bit unpredictable, but the work stays the same. We have a small team here, and we mostly just focus on the day-to-day tasks. There’s no big marketing budget or flashy brochures. We rely on the fact that we’ve been in this neighborhood for years. People know where Alhat Wasti is, and they know us. The work can be tiring. You’re always checking the temperature of the cold storage or making sure the delivery vans are loaded correctly. We don’t have much use for corporate jargon. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Sometimes the roads get blocked with construction, which is a pain, but we manage to get the milk out anyway. It’s just a normal business run by normal people.
