You can find us over at Jai Ganesh Vision, specifically unit B-436, on the Akurdi-Chinchwad Link Road. This area is the backbone of the industrial side of Pune, so there’s always something being built or moved nearby. We work on thermal engineering processes, which sounds a bit complicated, but for us, it’s just our daily reality. We spend a lot of time looking at technical drawings and talking about heat levels and industrial furnaces. The office is a mix of computers and old-school paper blueprints scattered around. It’s not the quietest place because of the road noise outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We are a private limited company, but we don't act like some big distant corporation. Most of us have been here a long time and we know our way around a workshop better than a boardroom. Sometimes the projects we take on are pretty tricky, and we end up staying late to figure out why a particular process isn't working right. There’s no secret formula to what we do, just a lot of checking and re-checking. We grab our snacks from the local shops and keep the work moving. It’s a technical job that requires a bit of patience and a lot of practical thinking. We just stay focused on the engineering and try to do right by the people who hire us for their projects.
