We’re located right opposite Bund Garden here in Pune. It’s a very central spot, so it’s easy for people to find Akbar Travels Of India Pvt Ltd. The area is always busy with people going to the park or commuting to work. We’ve been in this location for a long time. The office is older, with heavy desks and a lot of history in the walls. You can hear the traffic outside all day long. We don't have a modern, minimalist design. It’s more of a traditional travel agency look. There are maps on the walls and stacks of brochures that we need to sort through. We deal with a lot of walk-ins because of where we are. It keeps us on our toes. The staff is a mix of older guys who have been here forever and a few younger ones just starting out. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep going. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit chaotic. We just handle one thing at a time. It’s a solid, reliable place. We don’t go in for flashy advertising or big promises. We just book the tickets and handle the paperwork as it comes in. It’s a good spot to be in, right in the heart of the city. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our office stays pretty much the same. It’s just how we like it.
