My office is at Flat No.202, Phatak Park, 11 Erandwana, on Karve Road. It is a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office. I have been working from here for quite a while now. Erandwana is a nice area to be in, although Karve Road can get incredibly congested during the evening rush hour. You have to go up to the second floor to find me. Inside, it is mostly books, a couple of computers, and some comfortable chairs for when people come to visit for a meeting. I do not have a big staff, it is mostly just me and occasionally an assistant helping out. We handle various professional services, keeping things quiet and focused. There are not any big signs outside on the street, just a small plate near the entrance of the building. I prefer it this way because it keeps things personal and low-key. Most of my clients are people I have known for years or who were referred by other friends. We usually sit down with a cup of coffee and talk through whatever needs doing that day. It is not a fast-paced environment here. I like to take the time to get things right without rushing. The balcony looks out over some trees in the park, which is a nice break from looking at the screen. It is a practical, lived-in space where work actually gets done.
