At Agility Logistics Pvt. Ltd, our day starts pretty early at the Sainagar office in Hadapsar. Logistics isn't a very glamorous business; it’s mostly about moving boxes and making sure trucks are where they need to be. We are located in A2/3, and it’s a pretty basic setup. Most of our time is spent on the phone or on the computer tracking shipments. Hadapsar is a busy area with a lot of industrial stuff going on, so it’s a good spot for us to be based. We deal with all sorts of delays, like traffic on the highway or paperwork problems at the borders, and it’s our job to sort those out. It can be stressful when a customer is waiting for something and the truck is stuck somewhere, but we do what we can to fix it. We aren't a big flashy company with a huge fleet of our own trucks; we mostly handle the planning and the coordination. The office is usually full of the sound of people talking and printers going. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, see what needs to be moved, and try to get it done by the end of the day. It’s just honest work, and we’ve been doing it this way for a while now without making a big fuss about it.
