Our office is tucked away at E/803 in Kondhwa Khurd, right on Makarpura Road. We are in the Aisha Bella Vista building, which is actually behind the Talav Factory. It can be a bit tricky to find us the first time because of how the road bends around there, but once you see the factory, you know you’re close. Inside, it's usually a mess of gear and bags because we’re always getting ready for something or cleaning up after coming back. Vadodara gets really hot, so the office is our main spot to sit down and plan out routes or check the equipment list for the tenth time. It’s not a corporate setup at all. We have maps pinned to the walls and sometimes there are muddy boots sitting by the door that nobody has cleaned yet. Most of us who hang out here would rather be outside, but the paperwork has to happen somewhere. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people about what they need to pack or explaining how the weather looks. The building is okay, and we get a decent view, though we mostly just look at the laptops. We’ve been at this location for a bit now and the neighbors in Aisha Bella Vista are used to seeing us hauling big packs in and out of the elevator. It’s a quiet enough spot behind the factory noise, which helps when we need to focus on the details of a trip.
