Ador Welding Ltd

The Ador Welding plant is located at Sl No 14/2B/3 in Chinchwad, right near the Khandoba Mandir. Being so close to the temple, we often hear the bells ringing in the morning while we are setting things up for the day. We are just off Akurdi Chowk, so it’s easy for everyone to get here, even if the traffic can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour. The plant itself is a big open space with a lot of heavy equipment. You can usually smell the metal and the heat as soon as you walk through the doors. It’s not the quietest place to spend eight hours a day, but we are used to the noise by now. We have a small corner where we keep our bags and eat our lunch, usually talking about the cricket score or whatever is happening in the news. The floor is concrete and stays cool in the morning but gets pretty warm by mid-afternoon. There are stacks of materials everywhere you look, and we try to keep them organized, though it doesn’t always stay that way for long. We’ve been at this location for a good while, so the neighbors all know us. It’s a straightforward kind of life here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby; we just want to get the work done and head home to our families. We see the same familiar faces every morning at the gate.
