Adm Engineering

MIDC Bhosari is where a lot of the heavy work happens. Adm Engineering is located at J-80 in this area. It’s a large industrial zone, so it’s always loud with the constant sound of trucks and heavy machinery moving around. Our unit is just one of many in a long row of metal sheds. It’s a practical space designed for work. We don't have air conditioning in the main workshop, just some big industrial fans. It gets quite hot in the afternoons during the summer. The floors are made of concrete and usually have some scuff marks from moving heavy equipment around. We spend our days here dealing with various engineering tasks. It’s a no-nonsense environment for sure. Most of the guys have been working here since the business started. We know the neighbors at J-79 and J-81 quite well. We help each other out with tools or advice sometimes. Being in this part of Bhosari means we are very close to our suppliers. The roads can be a bit rough during the rains, with big puddles everywhere. We have a small cabin for the paperwork and accounts, but most of the action is out on the floor. It’s not the kind of place you come for a fancy meeting or a coffee. We wear our work clothes and get our hands dirty. That’s just how we operate. It’s a solid, reliable spot for us. We’ve been at J-80 for years and haven't left.
