Aditya Engineering

Aditya Engineering is located right in the 2nd Block of Bhosari. We are inside the Corporation Market, unit number 94/6. It is a noisy place with a lot of workshops around us, but we are used to it by now. We do various engineering jobs, mostly small parts and repairs that people bring in. The shop floor is usually covered in some metal shavings or oil, though we try to sweep up at the end of the day. It’s a small team here. We don't have any fancy robots, just old machines that still work fine if you know how to handle them. Most of our work comes from local factories or guys who need something fixed quickly. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a job because a machine broke down or a customer is in a rush. We don't spend money on fancy signs. People find us because they know we’ve been here for years. The market gets very busy in the afternoons, especially with the trucks coming in and out. It’s not always organized, but we manage to get things done. We keep our tools where we can find them and try to stay on top of the orders. It is hard work and our hands are usually dirty, but that is the nature of engineering in a place like Bhosari. We just stick to the work and try to keep things simple. There are no corporate rules here, just real work every day.
