Aditya Engineering Group

We are located at 526 Laxmi Road, tucked away behind the Dattawade Police Station. It’s a solid old building where we’ve set up our engineering workshop. It’s not the kind of place you’d go for a quiet meeting. There is usually the sound of a drill or a lathe running in the back. Our group is mostly made of people who grew up around tools and machines. We don't really care much for the corporate side of things. Most of our meetings happen over a cup of tea while standing around a workbench. The walls are lined with shelves full of heavy metal parts, old manuals, and jars of screws. It’s a bit disorganized, but we know exactly where every tool is hiding. We handle a lot of different engineering tasks, mostly small-scale stuff that requires a bit of thinking. Sometimes a customer brings in a broken part that hasn't been manufactured in twenty years, and we have to figure out how to make a new one from scratch. That’s the kind of challenge we actually enjoy. The office part of the shop is just a couple of old desks piled high with drawings and calculators. We stay pretty busy, and the days go by fast when you’re focused on a project. We don't do any big advertising. Word usually just spreads among people who need things built or repaired properly. It is a very straightforward way to run a business.
