Our shop is over in the D-1 Block of Chinchwad, specifically at 15, B-2. Chinchwad is a real hub for engineering and manufacturing, so we fit right in with the rest of the industrial neighborhood. At Adinarayan Engg Pvt. Ltd., we don't have a lot of time for fluff or polished presentations. We spend our days around the machines, making parts and dealing with the heat of the shop floor. The building is a standard industrial unit, nothing special to look at from the outside, but it gets the job done for us. We have a small group of guys who have been working these machines for a long time. Sometimes the scheduling gets a bit chaotic when three customers all want their orders on the same Friday, and the tea breaks are the only time we really get to sit down and relax for a few minutes. We deal with metals and heavy machinery, so it can be a bit noisy and dirty, but that’s just how it is in an engineering firm. We don't bother with a lot of corporate talk or mission statements. Our goal is just to finish the day having made what we were supposed to make without any major hitches. If someone needs something built or fixed, they come by the block and we talk about it over a glass of water or a quick cup of chai. It’s a very practical way of doing business, and it seems to work fine for us. We just keep our heads down and handle the projects as they arrive.
