Up on the second floor of Vijay House, right above the Cosmos Bank, is where you’ll find us. It’s on Ranade Road in the Pune Cantonment area, so there’s always plenty of noise and traffic outside. Our office, 204/A, is filled with old folders, some maps on the wall, and a few desks that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phones here. People come in looking to go places, maybe for a holiday or just to visit family elsewhere. We look at schedules, check prices, and try to figure out the best way to get them from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s a lot of paperwork and waiting for systems to load, but that is just how the travel business is. Sometimes the office gets a bit stuffy, so we keep the windows open despite the street noise. You can hear the buses and bikes going by all day long. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the locals know where to climb the stairs to reach us. It’s not a fancy setup with glossy brochures everywhere, just a practical space where we sit and work through the bookings. We usually have a pot of tea going, and there is always some conversation about where someone is heading next. It's just a small team of us here, doing what we can with the tickets and itineraries for the day.
