Adarsh Engineering Works

Adarsh Engineering Works is tucked away in the S Block of Bhosari M I Dc. Our specific spot is at number 26 S. It’s a typical engineering shed where the sound of grinding and welding is constant. We’ve been operating out of this area for years. The MIDC is always full of activity, with people shifting heavy materials and lorries blocking the narrow lanes. Inside our shop, things are a bit cluttered with scrap metal, finished components, and various machines. It’s not the cleanest place, but it is where the work gets done. We deal with a lot of different metal jobs. Every morning we check the power and get the equipment warmed up. It gets quite dusty, and we all wear our work clothes that are stained with oil. It’s a bit of a maze in S Block if you don’t know your way around. We mostly work with other businesses in the industrial belt. There isn't much of a front desk; usually, someone just walks in through the main shutter to talk to us. We have a small corner where we keep our lunch boxes and a water cooler. The heat from the machines can be intense in the summer months. We don't spend much time on aesthetics here. It’s a practical workshop meant for heavy-duty tasks. We take each order as it comes and try to stay on top of the schedule. That is the daily life here at Adarsh.
