Accurate Cutting System

Our place, Accurate Cutting System, is located at G 220 in the Hadapsar Industrial Estate, specifically in the Virgo Nagar section. It is a real factory setting with heavy machines that cut through metal and other materials all day long. The sound is constant and quite loud, so we often have to use hand signals to talk to each other. The floor is hard concrete and usually covered in tiny metal shavings or cooling oil. It’s a hot environment, especially in the summer months when the machines are running at full capacity. We don't have any decorations or comfortable chairs; it’s all about the equipment and the worktables. Every morning starts with checking the machines to make sure they are ready for the day’s tasks. We follow the specs that are given to us and try to be as precise as the tools allow. Being in Hadapsar means we are surrounded by other industrial businesses, so there’s a lot of heavy truck traffic in and out of the estate. It’s a rough and tumble kind of place, but it’s where we do our best work. We don't put on any acts for visitors; they see exactly how the shop runs. The days are long and the work is hard on the hands. We just focus on getting the cutting done properly and keeping the machines in good shape for the next shift. We’ve been here for years now and the noise is just background.
