We are based out on the Hinjawadi Tingre Nagar Road, specifically at Survey No 288. It’s an area that has changed a lot lately with all the new construction. Our workshop focuses on the engineering side of things. We have a lot of tools and some older machines that still run perfectly fine. It isn't a high-tech lab or anything, just a solid engineering shop where we work on various parts and assemblies. Most of our days are spent looking at drawings and trying to figure out the best way to make a part without wasting material. We have a small team of guys who really know their machines. It can get pretty loud when everyone is working at once. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or long-term contracts with other local firms. We take pride in just getting the measurements right the first time. If a piece is off, it’s useless, so we are pretty careful about that. The floor is usually covered in some scrap or oil, but that’s the reality of an engineering place. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or shiny office. We just focus on the work on the benches. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes things don't go as planned, but we figure it out.
