Able Tool Room

We are located at 68/4 Wanowarie, operating under the name Able Tool Room. It is much more of a workshop than a traditional store. We spend our days working with different types of metal, making specific parts and fixing tools for other small businesses around Pune. Wanowarie is a decent area to work in, though finding a spot to park your scooter near the workshop can be a major headache during the day. We have some old manual machines and a few newer ones too, and they are all squeezed into the limited space we have. It stays quite loud in here for most of the day, so we usually have to shout a bit to hear each other over the grinding. We did not start this business to get rich or famous; we just really like the precision of making metal parts correctly. It is just a small group of us who have been doing this kind of work for years. We do not have a website or a fancy logo designed by an agency. People usually just find out about us from other machine shops in the area. If a part breaks and no one else has a replacement, they usually send the customer to us at 68/4. We do not have a receptionist sitting at a desk, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest to it just picks up. Sometimes the floor is messy with metal shavings and oil, but that is what happens when you are actually working.
