Aashish Engineering Works

We’ve been here on Tadiwala Road for a while now. Aashish Engineering Works is just a small place where we handle whatever comes through the door. It’s mostly metal parts and fixing things that broke down. Some days are quiet, others we have too much to do. We usually start early before the traffic gets heavy on the main road. The shop smells like oil and iron, which I guess is normal for a place like this. People come in with broken brackets or parts that need a bit of welding. We just do the work. It’s not fancy. The floor usually has some metal shavings on it no matter how much we sweep. Tadiwala Road has changed quite a bit over the years, but we’re still right here in the same spot. We have a couple of old machines that still run better than the new ones. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought because the metal is stubborn. That’s just how it goes. We don't have a big office or anything, just the workbench and the tools we need. If you walk past, you’ll probably hear the grinder running or someone hammering something back into shape. It’s noisy and messy, but it’s what we do. We try to get things done right so people don't have to come back twice for the same problem. Just a local shop trying to keep busy. We keep our tools clean even if the floor isn't.
