Our office is over in Sangavi, specifically at Versova 203. This is where we spend most of our time looking at blueprints and working through technical drawings on our desks. Engineering isn't always as exciting as people think; it’s mostly just making sure the math adds up so that buildings stay standing and things work like they should. We have been doing this for quite a few years now. People come to us when they have a problem with a structure or need a plan for a new project they are starting. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist or fancy paintings on the walls. It is just a few of us at our desks with piles of paper, old calculators, and a lot of pens. We talk to contractors and site owners throughout the day, often trying to solve problems that pop up unexpectedly. Sometimes the plans have to change because the ground is different than we thought or the materials are too expensive, and we have to fix it on the fly. It can get a bit stressful when the deadlines are close, but we have learned to deal with the pressure over time. We aren't trying to be the biggest engineering firm in the city. We just want to do decent, honest work that doesn't cause any headaches for people later on. It’s a practical, everyday job for us.
