Aadesh Engineering

We operate Aadesh Engineering out of the Shiv Shankar Industrial Estate in Talwade, Jyotiba Nagar. Specifically, we are at unit 78. This isn't a retail shop where you'd buy a phone or a gadget; it is more of a workshop environment. We deal with various engineering tasks and parts. The floor is usually covered in some metal shavings or oil, and there's always the sound of machines running in the background. I started this place with a few tools and a lot of patience. We handle small jobs for other businesses in the estate and sometimes larger projects if we have the time and the right materials. It is a lot of manual labor and getting our hands dirty every single day. We don't have an office with carpets or a receptionist. Usually, if you come by, you'll find me or one of the guys working on a lathe or welding something together. The industrial estate is a busy place with trucks coming and going all the time. We've been at number 78 for several years now. It’s a practical business. We don't talk much about things like "innovation" or "excellence," we just focus on getting the measurements right and finishing the work on time. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the whole night fixing it, but that's just part of the trade. It is honest work for people who need things built or fixed by hand. That is basically us.
