7 Elements Coffee Roasters Llp

We are located in Bhosari at T-57 in the MIDC area. It’s right across from the Municipal Rose Garden, though we don't get much time to go over there. The coffee roaster is the main thing in our space. It’s a big, loud machine that needs constant watching. If you look away for a minute, the beans can go from perfect to burnt. The smell of coffee is everywhere here. It gets into your hair and your skin. People tell me I smell like a latte even when I’m at the grocery store. It’s an industrial neighborhood, so we have lots of factories as neighbors. There is always a truck backing up or someone grinding metal nearby. We aren't a cafe. We don't have tables for people to sit and chat. It’s more like a workshop. We have bags of green beans from all over piled up in the corners. We spend our days roasting, cooling, and then packing them into bags with those little valves. Sometimes the heat in the building is hard to handle, especially when the roaster has been running since six in the morning. We just keep the exhaust fans on high and keep going. It’s a small team of us. We listen to local radio to pass the time. It’s busy but we like the work. Roasting coffee is just a lot of timing and keeping things clean between batches.
