We are based on Senapati Bapat Road, specifically in the Nav Rajasthan Co-Operative Society. If you go behind Ratna Memorial Hospital, you’ll find us in the 6th Block on the second floor. It’s a bit of a climb, but there is an elevator if it's working that day. We handle travel stuff for people. It's not a big fancy travel agency with posters of beaches everywhere. It’s mostly just us at our desks with a few computers and a lot of ringing phones. We spend a lot of time looking for tickets and trying to figure out bus or train timings. It can get pretty stressful when someone's flight is canceled or they need to get somewhere fast. We have stacks of papers and schedules on our desks. Sometimes we lose track of time because we are so busy talking to clients or checking prices. The office is a bit small, and we share the building with other families and small businesses. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the location is good because people know the hospital nearby. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door. We just try to help people get where they need to go without too much trouble. It's a lot of coordination and hoping everything stays on schedule.
