We’re a producer company, which means we spend a lot of time talking to local farmers and figuring out how to manage things together. It’s not a glamorous job. Puthu Theru is a regular street, nothing special about it, but it’s home for our operations. Most of the people working here grew up around these parts. We don't use big words or have fancy brochures. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Some days the office is crowded with folks coming in to discuss the crops, and other days it’s just the sound of the ceiling fan. We try to stay organized, but things get messy when harvest season comes around. It’s a collective effort, really. We’re just trying to make sure the producer side of things stays functional for everyone involved in the company. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know best. Sometimes the days are long, but that is just how the farming business goes for us.
