Qis Public School & High School

Qis Public School & High School is sitting right here on Kurnool Road in Ongole. It is a busy place most days. We have the kids coming in early when the sun is just starting to get warm. The building has been part of this area for quite some time now. You can see the buses pulling up and the parents dropping off their children before they head to work. Inside, it is just what you would expect from a local school. There are rows of desks and blackboards and the sound of teachers talking. We spend a lot of time just keeping things organized and making sure everyone is where they should be. In the afternoons, the heat in Ongole can get pretty heavy, so we try to keep the fans going. The staff room is usually a bit of a mess with notebooks and papers everywhere, but that is just how it goes when you have so many students to look after. People around here know us because we have been on this road for a long time. It is not a fancy place, just a regular school where things get done every day. We see the same faces every morning and watch the kids grow up year after year. Sometimes it is loud and sometimes it is quiet during the exam weeks, but it is always full of life. It’s just us doing our jobs here in 523001. We make sure the gates are locked on time and the place is ready for the next day.
