Bhashyam Public School

Bhashyam Public School is right here in Chirala. Being in a town like this means everyone pretty much knows where we are. We don’t have a complex address with lots of building names because the school is a local landmark on its own. The building is a familiar sight to the people who live nearby. It’s a sturdy place that has stood through many monsoons. Inside, the rooms are simple and white-washed, with rows of wooden desks for the students. We keep things very basic. There’s no air conditioning, so we rely on the ceiling fans and the breeze coming through the open windows. Chirala can get quite humid, but we are all used to it by now. The bell rings at the same time every morning to start the day. We have a small courtyard where everyone gathers for morning assembly. It’s not a huge campus, but it’s enough space for what we do. The teachers’ room is usually full of notebooks waiting to be corrected. We use a lot of paper and pens here. Outside the gates, the street is usually quiet except for the occasional rickshaw or bicycle going past. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most people find out about us just by walking past or talking to their neighbors. It’s a community-centered place, and we like keeping it that way without any extra fuss or noise.
