VNB HOSPITALITY LLP

We are based at O/85 in the Doctor's Colony area of Kankarbagh. Kankarbagh is a huge residential neighborhood in Patna, and Doctor's Colony is one of those parts where things are a little more settled and quiet compared to the main roads. VNB Hospitality LLP is run right from here. We aren't a big hotel with hundreds of employees; we are a much smaller setup that focuses on just being a good host. The building is a regular house in a regular street, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a business sometimes. We have people coming through who might be visiting the nearby hospitals or just family in the colony. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights or a uniform for everyone. We just have a few people who help out with the cleaning and the cooking. Being in a colony means we have neighbors to think about, so we keep things fairly low-key. Most of what we do is just making sure the bed is made and the tea is hot when someone asks for it. It is a simple way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Most of the people who stay with us heard about the place from someone else or just happened to be in Kankarbagh and needed a room. It stays pretty calm most days.
