Hotel Chanakya

Hotel Chanakya is located at Radha Bhawan in Mainpura, Patna. We are right beside the Ganga Tower, which is a pretty big landmark around here. Patna is a busy city and Mainpura is no different. There is always a lot of noise from the street, with rickshaws and people talking. Our building, Radha Bhawan, is an older structure but it is solid. We have been running the hotel here for quite some time. It is a basic setup with rooms for people who are traveling for work or visiting family. We don't have elevators that speak to you or a gym. We just have a front desk where one of us sits most of the day. We keep a ledger for the names and we make sure the fans are working because it gets very hot here in the summer. The rooms are plain but we keep them as clean as we can. Sometimes the plumbing acts up, but we have a plumber we call who comes over quickly. We are just local people running a local business. We know the best place to get tea just down the road and we can tell you which bus to take. It is not a fancy life, but we like being in the middle of the city. We just do our best to take care of the people who walk through our door.
