Ista Hotel

Our place is located in Patna, Bihar, at the address linked to the late Shivsaran Roy. We’ve been here in the heart of the city for a long time. It’s a busy area, 800 001, right where everything happens in Patna. Running a hotel in this part of the country means we see all sorts of people. We don't have a big fancy website with professional photos. We just have our building and our staff who show up every day. We try to keep the rooms tidy and the guests happy in a simple way. It’s a lot of work, honestly. Between the cleaning and the check-ins, there isn't much time for anything else. We don't go in for those big marketing campaigns. We just rely on people finding us when they need a place to stay. The streets outside are always loud with traffic and people, which is just how Patna is. We’ve seen the city change quite a bit over the decades. Some of the old buildings are gone, but we’re still here. It’s a family-oriented vibe in some ways, even if it’s a business. We just do our best with what we have. Sometimes the power goes out or the water is slow, but we fix it as fast as we can. It’s just regular life for us. We’re not trying to be anything we aren't. We just provide a spot in the city. It's been that way for many years now.
