You can find us at Vidhya Bhawan, Sambay House, which is House No-12 on Road No-8 in East Patel Nagar. We’ve been operating here in Patna for quite some time now. Most of our work involves checking people in, making sure the laundry is done, and helping guests find their way around Patna. The staff here is mostly local folks. We know where the good shops are and which roads to avoid during rush hour. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or a lightbulb flickers, and we get it sorted as fast as we can. We don't have a big marketing team; we just rely on people telling their friends about us. It’s a family-run kind of feeling at Sambay House. We spend our mornings setting up for breakfast and our evenings making sure the gates are secure. It’s steady work. We like the East Patel Nagar neighborhood because it feels safe and settled.
