You can find us at 7 A, Janak Kutir, which is in the Indrapuri section of Keshari Nagar here in Patna. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but that helps keep the noise from the main traffic away from the classrooms. Vidya Deepthi Public School is run by a small group of us who have lived in Patna for most of our lives. We don't put on any airs about what we do. The building is an older style, typical for Indrapuri, with enough room for the kids to sit and learn without feeling too cramped. We spend our mornings setting up the lessons and our afternoons making sure the homework is sorted. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. There is always something to be swept or a chair that needs moving. We don’t have a flashy website or a big sign with lights on it. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or friends at the market. That’s how things work around Keshari Nagar. We keep the windows open when the weather is nice to let a bit of a breeze in. The kids can be quite loud when they are playing out front, but that is just part of the atmosphere. We focus on the basic things like reading, writing, and making sure everyone stays safe until their parents pick them up. It’s a simple life and we are okay with that.
