Vivek Vihar High School

We are located on Nawal Kishore Road in the Kadamkuan area of Patna. It’s one of those parts of town that feels like it’s been there forever. Our school building is right in the middle of it all. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, and you can see it in the way the walls look and how the stairs have worn down a bit from thousands of feet walking up and down. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy descriptions for us. We just show up every morning, open the gates, and get to work. The classrooms are filled with wooden desks and the smell of chalk. Patna can get pretty dusty and loud, but we try to keep the school as a place where students can actually sit still for a few hours and focus. We have a mix of teachers, some who have been here for decades and some who are just starting out. It’s a busy place with a lot of energy. Every year we see a new batch of kids coming in and the older ones leaving for college. We don't have much in the way of high-tech gadgets, but we have books and teachers who care about what they do. People around Kadamkuan know us by name, and we like it that way. It feels like a big family most of the time, even when things get a little chaotic during exam season or when we are planning for the holidays.
