Millennium World School

If you head down New Byepass Road in Patna, you’ll find Millennium World School over in the New Jaganpura area. The road gets really packed during peak hours, which is always a bit of a headache for the morning drop-offs and the afternoon pickup. Our space is set up to handle a good number of students from around this part of the city. It’s a decent-sized place where everyone can move around without bumping into each other too much. Rather than giving big speeches about changing the world, we just make sure teachers are in their rooms and students have their notebooks out. Even when it's hot outside, the building stays quite cool, which is a relief for everyone. Most hours are spent going through chapters and making sure homework gets done. Parents often stop by the small office at the entrance to check on progress or pay fees. It's a straightforward setup. During lunchtime in the hallway, you can see older kids helping the younger ones. The playground area gets a lot of use, though it’s mostly just for running around and letting off steam between classes. Nothing is too complicated here. Every morning at the 800027 pin code, we just show up and get to work teaching the kids who live nearby. It's a busy environment but we manage it day by day with the staff we have.
