Vidya Bharathi High School

Vidya Bharathi High School is situated at K-167, P C Colony Hanuman Nagar, Kankarbagh, Patna - 800020. This is another part of Kankarbagh which as many people know is one of the largest residential areas around. Our specific spot is in Hanuman Nagar within P C Colony. The school building is at plot K-167. We are a high school so we deal with students who are getting ready for their board exams and all that stress. It's a busy household kind of neighborhood where you can hear the sounds of the city all day long. We have classrooms that are filled with benches and blackboards and the teachers are usually busy marking papers in between their classes. We don't go in for fancy mission statements or things like that. We just focus on the work that needs to be done. From the first bell in the morning to the time everyone leaves in the afternoon it is just a lot of activity. We have some trees near the entrance that give a little bit of shade which is nice during the hotter months. It is just a regular school for the kids in this part of Patna and we try to do our job well every single day.
