About Vidhyanjali International School – Education in Patna
Bailey Road is always a mess with traffic in the mornings, but we manage to get the gates open on time here in Sheikhpura. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we know the neighborhood pretty well. The school building isn't anything fancy to look at, just your typical brick and concrete place where kids spend their days. We have a lot of noise during the breaks, which is expected when you have so many students running around the halls. Patna gets really hot in the summer, so the fans are always humming in the classrooms. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just open the windows and keep going with the lessons. It is a bit of a squeeze when parents come for meetings, but we pull up extra chairs in the office. I usually spend my morning checking the registers and making sure the water coolers are filled up. There’s a tea stall just down the road where most of us grab a quick drink during the lunch break. We don't have any big flashy signs, just the one by the entrance. It’s mostly local families from around this part of Patna who send their kids here. We try to keep things organized, though some days are more chaotic than others. That is just how it goes in a school. Everyone knows everyone else, which makes it feel a bit more like a small community than a big institution.
