The building has been part of the neighborhood for some time now and most people know the way to our front door. It’s a bit of a walk from some of the main roads, but the kids don't seem to mind. During the summer, it gets quite warm, so we try to keep the fans going as much as we can. We have a few teachers who have been with us for years and they know most of the parents by name. It’s not a corporate place with shiny floors or big marketing teams. It’s just us, some benches, and the books we use every day. We see the same faces every morning and it’s nice to have that routine in Begampur. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to manage, but that’s just part of life in this city. We focus on the basics and try to make sure the kids are actually learning something useful for their future.
