Our school is actually on the first floor of the Lakshmi Complex on Boring Road. It’s a busy part of Patna, so there is always a lot of traffic noise coming up from the street below. Being in a complex means we are right in the middle of everything, which is convenient for the boys who take the bus or walk from nearby. The address is 1st Floor, Lakshmi Complex, Boring Road, Patna 800001. We have been here for quite some time now. The rooms are partitioned off to make classrooms, and it can get a bit tight when everyone is inside at the same time. It is a boys' high school, so there is always a lot of energy and noise in the corridors during the short breaks. We don't have a big open field since we are in a commercial building, but the students find ways to spend their time. The stairs get a lot of use every single day. Teachers have their desks pushed together in one corner to manage the administrative stuff. It’s not a very quiet place because of the shops downstairs, but we are used to the sound of horns and people talking. We keep our records in metal cabinets and use old-fashioned registers for daily attendance. It’s just how we do things here. The location is the main thing people remember about us. Most families in this part of Patna know the Lakshmi Complex well enough to find us without any trouble.
