St Stephens School

We are located on Circular Road in the Danapur Cantt area of Patna. Being near the military area means things are a bit more orderly outside our gates. The school building is an older style, with thick walls that keep things relatively cool even in the summer. We have a lot of students coming from all over Danapur and even from the main Patna city. In the mornings, the buses line up and it’s a bit of a scramble to get everyone into their classes on time. The hallways are wide, and you can hear the sound of teachers' voices echoing from the rooms. We have a decent field for sports, which gets quite busy during the winter months when the weather is nice for cricket. The staff room is always a bit cluttered with notebooks and tea cups. We don't try to look like those brand-new private schools with glass walls. This place feels like a real school where kids can be kids. They get grass stains on their clothes and sometimes break a window with a ball. We just fix it and keep going. The neighbors know us well, and many of the shopkeepers nearby went to school here themselves years ago. It’s a community fixture on this road, and we just keep doing what we’ve always done, day in and day out, without making a big fuss about it.
