S.T. Apple Hotels & Resort Private Limited is located in Panchgharia. It's near Sadhanpur. Usman Miya’s family started this. We are basically a village-based operation. It’s not like the big hotels you see in the magazines. We have our roots right here in the local soil. The village is quiet, and that’s how we like it. We have some rooms and we look after the property. It’s a lot of manual work. I spend my time checking the garden and making sure the water pump is working. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy lobby. People find us by word of mouth mostly. Being in West Bengal, we get all kinds of weather, from heavy rains to dry heat. We just adapt. My sons help out with the guests. We try to keep the place looking decent without spending a fortune. It's a humble setup. We serve local food if people ask, but mostly we just provide the space. The address is Village Panchgharia, PO Sadhanpur. If you come by, you'll probably see us sitting outside in the afternoon. We've been through some tough years but the business keeps going. It’s just a way to support the family and give people a place to sleep. We don't pretend to be more than what we are. It’s just a regular local hotel run by regular people who live in the same village. Nothing fancy, just honest work for our community.
