S.K Footwear

So we are right here in Chaughara Gali, just near Noon Ka Chauraha in Patna City. It is a busy place, always something going on outside the shop. We have been in this spot for some time now. Most days it is just about opening the shutters early and getting the floor swept before the first people start walking by. It gets quite dusty here because of the traffic, so we are always cleaning the boxes. We keep all kinds of footwear, mostly stuff that people around here need for daily use. Nothing fancy or too expensive, just regular shoes and sandals. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there with a hand fan, waiting for it to come back. Customers come in, try a few pairs, and we talk about the weather or whatever is happening in the market. It is not a very big shop, but we have enough room to show what we have. Sometimes the street gets blocked by a cart or some construction, and that slows things down. We see a lot of the same faces every week. It is just a normal life here in Patna. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us making sure people find what they are looking for without too much trouble. It is honest work and we stay busy most of the time, especially during the festival seasons when everyone wants something new for their feet.
