We are located in Bigha Chandauti in Gaya. Raja Ram Yadav is the person in charge of this place. Gaya is a place where many people come for religious reasons. Our resort is a bit outside the main crowded temple area, which gives us more space. It is a simple setup. Don't let the word resort make you think of luxury fountains and stuff. It’s more like a large guest house with some open space. We have trees and it feels a bit more open than the city center. We spend our days managing the property. There is always something to paint or a hedge to trim. Gaya gets very dusty and the sun is quite strong, so the building needs constant care. We handle the pilgrims who come from all over India. They are usually tired and just want a quiet place. We don't have a fancy kitchen, but we make sure things are functional. The road to Bigha Chandauti is okay, but it can be slow if there is a festival going on. We are a family-run type of business. We don't have a corporate office in a big city. We live and work right here. Every day is the same routine of cleaning and checking guests in and out. It’s a quiet life for the most part. We don't make big claims about being the best. We just provide a place to stay.
