Ground floor on Riding Road is where we are. It's near Seikhpuramore. Patna is a crowded place. We deal with guests who are usually in a hurry. Our spot is easy to find if you know the area. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of staff. It's a small team. We spend a lot of time fixing things. If a tap leaks, we handle it. If the floor is dirty, we wash it. The name says resort, but we are right in the middle of the city noise. Riding Road is quite famous around here. People come in looking for a room for a night or two. We don't have a fancy website with professional photos. What you see is what you get. The ground floor location helps because people don't have to climb stairs with heavy bags. Patna summers are tough. We make sure the rooms stay as cool as possible. The traffic outside never really stops until very late at night. Sometimes the neighbors are loud, but that is city life. We just keep the place open and try to be helpful when someone asks for a local shop or a place to eat. It is a basic business. We don't do much marketing because word of mouth in Seikhpuramore is usually enough for us. It is just a building with rooms and a few people working to keep it going. No corporate polish here, just everyday work.
