Elite is our small business located in the Budhay area of Patna, with the 800001 zip code. We have been operating out of this neighborhood for a while now. It’s a central part of the city, so there is always a lot happening right outside our doors. The building we are in is quite old, but it has a lot of character. We haven't really spent much on fancy interiors or expensive furniture. We have the basics—desks, chairs, and the equipment we need to do our daily tasks. It feels like a real workplace where people actually get things done rather than a shiny corporate office. Our team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We handle our day-to-day operations in a very hands-on way. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have a lot of visitors at once, but we manage to pull through. The commute to Budhay can be a bit of a challenge because of the narrow lanes and the crowd, but we like being here. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. We don't use any fancy titles or complicated processes. If someone walks in, we just talk to them like normal people. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. It’s just a simple, local business trying to do a good job for the people who come to us.
