Don Bosco Academy

Don Bosco Academy is located on the Digha-Ashiana Road, right near the P.O. Digha Ghat. We’ve been a part of this community for a long time. It’s a school, so our days are filled with the sound of kids and bells. We aren't a big flashy institution; we are just a local school trying to teach the kids in the neighborhood. The building is older, but it has a lot of history. We spend a lot of time on maintenance and making sure the classrooms are ready. The staff here are mostly local people who have been with us for years. Our location near Digha Ghat is quite convenient for the families living around here. We don't spend much on advertising because most people know us by word of mouth. The morning commute on Digha-Ashiana Road can be a bit chaotic with all the cycles and buses, but we all manage to get here on time. We have a playground where the children spend their breaks, and it’s usually the loudest part of the day. Our focus is just on the daily lessons and making sure the school runs smoothly. It’s a lot of routine work, from taking attendance to grading papers. We try to keep the grounds tidy, though it's hard with so many kids running around. It’s a simple life here at the academy. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the students have what they need to learn and the teachers have their supplies ready.
