You can find us at Amit Chandra Jaggi Ka Chauraha, on N.B. Road in Patna City. It’s a very local part of town, right at the intersection where everything is happening. There’s always the sound of horns and people talking right outside our door. Our building is right in the middle of all that Patna energy. We spend our time managing the memberships and talking to people who come in to ask about the club. The office is a bit old-fashioned. We have some heavy wooden desks and some old chairs that have been around for years. It’s a bit dusty because of the road construction nearby, so we are always wiping down the surfaces. We aren't a high-tech startup or anything like that. We are just a local office trying to keep things organized. In the afternoons, the sun hits the front windows and it gets quite warm inside. We usually have the tea boy bring over a few cups for the staff around four o’clock. It’s a good time to take a break and talk about what’s going on in the city. We know many of the faces that walk by every day. It’s a community-oriented spot. We don't have any big promises, we just do the paperwork and help the folks who come through the door. The calendar on the wall is usually a month behind because we forget to flip the page. We just work at our own pace and get things done.
