Our place is located at Plot No. C-24 in the Patliputra Industrial Estate in Patna. It’s a very busy part of the city with lots of factories and different offices nearby. Bimala Hotels & Hospitality Private Limited was set up to cater to the people who are either working in or visiting this industrial zone. Since it’s an industrial area, the whole vibe is very practical and no-nonsense. We aren't trying to be a luxury resort with a swimming pool. We just provide what people actually need when they are here for their jobs. The building is simple and functional. We’ve been here for a bit, seeing the estate grow and change as more businesses move in. Most of our guests are here for business, so they usually just want a clean room and a quiet place to sleep. We handle the day-to-day operations with a very small team. We don't have a fancy marketing department or any public relations people. Usually, people find us because they have meetings in Patliputra and they need a spot that is close by. It gets quite dusty around here sometimes with all the trucks passing by, but we keep our interior as nice as we can. It’s a local business through and through. We know our neighbors and the local shopkeepers. We just try to run a decent hotel without making a big fuss about it.
