Aman Nath

Aman Nath is the place people look for when they are in Patna City. We are situated right near the Devi Mandir, which is a very busy spot. You can hear the temple bells ringing and see the crowds passing by all day. It makes for a lively atmosphere while we work on hair and shaves. The shop is a basic setup with the usual tools. I have been cutting hair here for quite some time now, and many of the faces are the same ones I saw years ago. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but they are covered with some posters and the big mirrors. When it gets hot in Patna, the shop feels small, but we keep the fans going at full speed. People stop in because they are already at the temple or just living nearby. I usually start the day early, around eight, to get things ready before the first customer arrives. The scissors are always moving, and there is a lot of talk about local news or the weather. It is just a regular way to make a living in this part of the city. We don't have any big signs, just the name and the location that everyone knows. It is a bit dusty because of the road, but that is just how Patna City is. We just keep doing our thing every day. The work is steady and honest.
