Roadstop Apperite Llp

Roadstop Apperite is tucked away in Gali No. 22 of Mallomajra, over in Bhakhra Enclave. It’s a bit of a trek if you don’t know the area, but we’re right there at House No. 129. We started this place because we liked the idea of a spot where people could grab a bite without a lot of fuss. It’s a small setup, mostly just a kitchen and a few spots to stand or sit. We focus on food that’s easy to eat on the go. The street outside can get a bit dusty, and there's always someone parking their bike in the wrong spot, but we make it work. We aren't chefs with big hats, just people who know how to cook the things we grew up eating. Our menu changes depending on what we can get fresh that day. Sometimes we have a lot of one thing and none of another, but that’s just how it goes with a small business. We don't spend money on fancy decorations; we’d rather keep the lights on and the stove hot. The neighbors stop by often, and we usually have a chat while the food is cooking. It’s a casual place, maybe a little rough around the edges, but we like it that way. We're just here in Patiala doing what we can and keeping the food coming for whoever stops by the gali.
